a. To manage resources to develop this hospital as a well-equipped advanced one.
b. To make the management and follow up effective in order to update the daily health service in the hospital.
c. To continue the 24 hours emergency service available under the service extension policy and make it systematic.
d. To start ambulance service to make the emergency service effective.
e. To manage an advanced, well-equipped emergency service for the treatment of badly injured patients at risk.
f. To have connection with health posts, districts hospitals and other social institutions and promote the mutual rapport betweem them and this hospital.
g. For launching service oriented programs, with coordination with national and international organizations and institutions, to provide necessary help for a cooperative Society to start a non-government organization named Martyr Memorial Health care Foundation.
h. To manage necessary subject training and instructions for the doctors, health workers and staff of this hospital from doctors and instructors recognized in national and international levels.
